Our favorite Christmas tradition… cutting down our tree. This year… we had a surprises visitor… the flu. Poor Emerson was throwing up the whole time… but that didn't stop us from getting the perfect tree. Thanks to Josh, he climbed a 100 foot tree and topped it for us… giving us the perfect 15 foot tree. This year, we missed having my parents with us… but we were joined by Alex & Josh, Adriane & Tory, Lizzy & Russ and all of the babies. It was such a fun day, regardless have the flu.
Couldn't even hold her head up... poor kid.
Josh's favorite peanut... CoCo was too cute.
Still got a tree for my parents... doesn't it look pretty from this side... too bad it only had one good side... sorry mom and dad.
Thatch was such a good helper decorating the tree.
Even though she was under the weather for the tree cutting event... we still decorated her room for her with her own lights... she loves it.
