This year, the ice castles in Midway have gotten a lot of attention. We had heard pretty good things so we planned a family night to visit. They were beautiful…. and cold. All of the tunnels and lights were amazing. They even had an Olaf snowman hidden in one of the tunnels. Even though it was amazing… we could only brave the freezing temperatures for about a half an hour… the best part of this night, was our drive home. Before we saw the castles, we ate at a Mexican restaurant in Heber… by Parleys canyon… Tanner was ready to die. Lets just say he didn't make it home and the rest of us wanted to pee our pants we were laughing so hard.
Side note: We did this in February and it took me forever to get the pictures so it is posted a little late!
