Between trick-or-treating in Disneyland… plus dressing up most of the days, the annual Purser Halloween extravaganza, Boo at the zoo, dance, school, friend parties, the ward party and Halloween day…. We had lots and lots of opportunities to dress up. Good thing the kids had multiple costumes. This year, Thatch wanted to be Spiderman and Mike Wazowski. Eme wanted to be Ariel and Spidergirl. With the kids becoming so opinionated about their costumes… I feel that our family themed costume will continue to get more and more lame each year. However, the kids loved all of the activities and all the extra candy.
Had an all day birthday celebration... spent the morning at Boo at the Zoo... the afternoon in a pumpkin patch... and finished the day off with my favorite dinner and friends. Shelly made me the most beautiful home made apple pie I have ever tasted... it was amazing.
When you wait till Halloween night to do pumpkins... it doesn't hurt to make them Thanksgiving themed.
